FreeRP ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FreeRP business management platform available at free-rp.live. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using FreeRP, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information: Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash — we never store your plain-text password). Company Data: Information you enter into FreeRP including contacts, inventory items, purchase orders, sales orders, manufacturing work orders, and financial data. This data belongs to you and is stored in an isolated workspace accessible only to your team. Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used for authentication and session management. Third-Party Integration Data: If you connect Shopify or QuickBooks, we receive data from those platforms as authorized by your OAuth consent. We only access data necessary to perform the integration functions you enable.

We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the FreeRP platform • Authenticate your identity and maintain your session • Process and fulfill requests you make within the platform • Perform integrations with third-party services you authorize (Shopify, QuickBooks) • Send transactional emails including account verification, password resets, and team invitations • Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns • Comply with legal obligations

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level — meaning your company's data is cryptographically isolated from all other companies. Even database administrators cannot access your data without explicit policy authorization. We use industry-standard security measures including: • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit • Bcrypt password hashing • JWT-based authentication with short expiry tokens • Row Level Security enforcement at the database layer • Environment variable encryption for sensitive credentials No security system is impenetrable. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We may share data with: • Service Providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (transactional email). These providers are bound by data processing agreements. • Third-Party Integrations: When you connect Shopify or QuickBooks, we exchange data with those platforms as authorized by your explicit consent. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Company business data (orders, inventory records, etc.) is retained for the duration of your account. You can export your data at any time before account deletion.

FreeRP is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the platform. Your continued use of FreeRP after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
